Discover the lively street culture, entertainment and shopping in Paddington and Darlinghurst, to the new and dazzling Barangaroo.

    The Story of Sydney is the perfect orientation taking you on an intimate journey through Sydney from 1788 to today. You will leave the tour with an abundance of knowledge as you discover the history, lifestyle and culture of the many diverse neighbourhoods that make up the City of Sydney.

    This 5-hour, 5-course lunch extravaganza travels into the heart of Sydney where the locals hang out, extending into the afternoon, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the Sydney nightlife later.

    Starting where The Story of Sydney finishes, this indulgent food and beverage experience begins in our newest precinct, Barangaroo. Lotus restaurant is beautifully situated on the water and serves a premium selection of dumplings, calamari, duck pancake and paired beautifully with refreshing jasmine tea.

    Stroll the streets of the busy and eclectic suburbs of Newtown and Marrickville. Experience the uniquely Australian ‘Mr Potato’ and load up with your favourite toppings before hanging out with the locals at a popular brewery. Next it’s time for a sweet break at Black Star Pastry and your choice of beverage.

    This first-class tour is complete with an elegant tasting of 6 carefully selected wines at Sydney’s Urban Winery.

    Camera in hand, prepare yourself for some awesome photography as you walk the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge to Luna Park. Use the angles, colours and light as you frame shots of an abundance of natural beauty and the sparkling city skyline.

    Return by ferry to The Rocks Art and Culture Trail. Meander down the alleys and laneways as we visit 3 unique artists and learn of their works.

    Continuing, walk through the bustling Circular Quay for a guided stroll through Sydney’s Botanical Gardens leading you to lunch and the NSW Art Gallery.

    NSW Art Gallery is where you can explore extensive art from all over the world in the older, established building and an array of more contemporary art in Sydney’s New Modern Project.

    Immerse yourself in a culinary discovery of Sydney’s evolution as you walk along the cobblestones of the Historic Rocks precinct to the strikingly, vibrant and most contemporary neighbourhood of Barangaroo.

    Your guide will lead you down hidden laneways and fill you in on all the happenings of the early 1800s. Get the inside scoop and a behind-the-scenes take on the city’s best-kept secrets.

    Indulge in your choice of an array of local craft beers beautifully paired with smoked meats, gourmet vegetables and crispy fresh seasonal salad.

    As we head towards the ‘riches’ we take it up a notch with gin and tonic in hand at a rooftop bar with panoramic views.

    In 3 hours, you will not only gain a wealth of historical knowledge, but you will also unearth an abundance of fabulous local hangouts, eating and drinking along the way with gelato to finish.
