Ultimately Sydney celebrates it's new addition
August was a party month for the staff & families of Ultimately Sydney. We celebrated with colleagues from leading Sydney hotels, other tour operations & friends, the end of year 2 with money in the bank & the purchase of a luxury Mercedes-Benz Viano.
The night began with a photo to christen the new wheels with cosmopolitan in hand. It was an intimate affair with great food & wine and most of all stimulating conversation.
New addition to the fleet. Mercedes-Benz Viano
Catering for our Private Charter market the new luxury Viano is a beautiful touring vehicle for both passengers & driver/guide.
Seating comfortably 7 passengers, this vehicle is perfect for tailor made tours & transfers.

Gourmet Tour (photo of people on tour)
NEW TOUR The gourmet tour of the inner west is a delightful experience of a very culturally diverse Sydney. Starting in Walsh Bay (The Rocks), visit many of the cities leading food providers. Theres coffee, French cheese & bakery items, herbs & spices, Italian deli items, chocolate & more .. The food is one thing, but the characters of the various suburbs we travel through are all strong reminders of both typical Australia & European influences that have waved in over time.
The 4-5 hour gourmet discovery tour of Sydneys inner west is fantastic for anyone who wants to do something different.
Did you Know...?
The suburb of Petersham in Sydneys inner west was a common area for kangaroo hunting as a sport. Toothill Street, now in neighbouring Lewisham, on a hill sloping down to New Canterbury Road, was a rally point for the hunts. The street name, originally Toot-hill, recalls the rallying cry to the huntsmen.
