General Conditions
Story of Sydney tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers. Gourmet Tours operate with a minimum of 4 passengers. The details of the tour and prices were correct at the time of printing. The operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary or price without notice. Every endeavour will be made to keep to arrival and departure times, however they are indicative only and no guarantee can be made and no compensation shall be payable in the event of loss due to missed connections. The safety of all passengers is a high priority and Ultimately Sydney guarantees compliance with all appropriate New South Wales state laws pertaining to conduct as a tour operator and observance of duty of care. Passengers are to show diligence and their own duty of care and follow directions of the tour guide at all times. Ultimately Sydney shall not be responsible or liable for death of or illness/injury to any person, or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise however caused. It is recommended that all passengers take out their own personal travel insurance.
Rates are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST
Refund Policy
No refund will be paid for bookings cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled start time or in a no-show occurrence. A 10% fee applies to all other cancellations.
