Team Building Gourmet Tour PLUS Cooking Challenge
We could pick you up from your office at 9am and have you back by 5pm. Consider FOOD and a culinary challenge for your next Team Building exercise. The Gourmet Tour is a 4 hour discovery of fabulous modern Australian and European delights through various suburbs of Sydney’s trendy Inner-west. The 3 hour Cooking Challenge is co-ordinated by an expert chef in a pristine kitchen facility.

Discover why Sydneysiders are drawn to the Inner West for its vibrant blend of modern Australian & European culinary delights. In 4 hours take pleasure in the convenience as you travel around a variety of trendy food quarters. Enjoy a crash course on how to make awesome coffee in your own home. Make an impression at your next dinner party with the knowledge of divine European cheese, olive oil and breads. Discover how the right choice of herbs & spices can transform a snack into a mouth watering taste sensation. Travelling to France and Italy has never been more affordable...! Of course there would be no happiness without something sweet or a glass of fine wine. The finale is a selection of delicious handmade chocolates & an exciting wine journey. It is a FOODIES BIG DAY OUT IN SYDNEY!
Cooking Challenge
How it works….!
In 3 hours groups of 10-20 people are given a mystery box with a different selection of produce in each box. Each team will be required to document their invention recipes.
What happens..?
- The first 30 mins would be a basic knife skills & safety demo followed by some inspirational tips.
- Each group would then have 1.5 hrs to produce a selection of dishes, plate them up and set the table for lunch.
- The chef & assistant will be available to assist with choices.
- Wine (approx 8 bottles )
- Paper Chefs hats
- All cutlery/cooking equipment
- All food produce
- Highly skilled celebrity chef
