The Blue Mountains is a beautiful mountain range whose foothills begin just 50km from Sydney and is located within a World Heritage.  The region is rich in beautiful natural tourist attractions such as The Jenolan caves, the Giant Staircase and the 3 Sisters.

There is a legend about the The Three Sisters that tells how 3 sisters called Meehni, Wimlah and Gunnedoo fell in love with 3 men from another tribe.  Marriages being forbidden between them, battle began.  To save them, a village elder turned the 3 sisters into stone.  The elder then died in the battle and tragically no-one could reverse the magic.
